Steven did a good job replacing all cast iron pipes including both underground to the city sewer and even in the stack in the walls. He was responsive and kept us informed throughout the work with videos and photos. The work was done cleanly and in a timely manner. I would use Drain King again.

They immediately sent in the camera and had me watch the screen, and there was the clog. A pair of panties accidentally got flushed down the toilet, blocking the pipe. Another pipe was clogged with a lot of toilet paper. They retrieved it all out. By then, Steven shows up, and true to his words, he did not charge us. The search also found that some of our cast iron pipes need to be fixed, and at a later time, we will have that work done when we can. I highly recommend Steven and his crew. They are very compassionate and professional. We will be using them again in the future for sure, Amen.
Compared to Drain King to what others charge for a common simple service, wax seal replacement, the other companies should be ashamed of themselves for charging what I consider to be highway robbery. Not only was Drain King's charge very reasonable, the quality of the work and the customer service and professionalism exhibited by all staff members was exceptional. No need to call anyone else.

amazing company. the owner was easy to work with i sent him pictures of water heater that needed to be replaced, boom he gave me a great price.! every other company wanted to come to my house. casey the installer was great! did a great job and the room was cleaned. i am definitely going to use them again for all my plumbing needs!!!
