Steven did a good job replacing all cast iron pipes including both underground to the city sewer and even in the stack in the walls. He was responsive and kept us informed throughout the work with videos and photos. The work was done cleanly and in a timely manner. I would use Drain King again.
It literally happened one rainy night at the same time. My toilet clogged up, and my bathtub backed up with some nasty black gunk. I posted on FB that I really need help. I had one bathroom, and my husband is disabled. I received a lot of comments with people referring their plumbers, or their family members who are plumbers. People even suggested their homemade remedies to fix the situation. I knew I was going to need a miracle plumber. A plumber who specializes in Cast iron pipes. Then Steven from Drain King posts, "I'll do it for no cost and run a camera inspection to see what's causing it to clog. Have a great night, and God bless. Drain King Plumbing." I've never heard of a plumber running a camera and not charging a service fee. I immediately went to his website and noticed that he specializes in cast iron pipes. I heared the angel's singing. His reviews were amazing! On Drain Kings website you even get to see the work that they've done with cast iron pipes. We scheduled the appointment with his employees, Joey, and Casey to come out. They immediately sent in the camera and had me watch the screen, and there was the clog. A pair of panties accidentally got flushed down the toilet, blocking the pipe. Another pipe was clogged with a lot of toilet paper. They retrieved it all out. By then, Steven shows up, and true to his words, he did not charge us. The search also found that some of our cast iron pipes need to be fixed, and at a later time, we will have that work done when we can. I highly recommend Steven and his crew. They are very compassionate and professional. We will be using them again in the future for sure, Amen.
Compared to Drain King to what others charge for a common simple service, wax seal replacement, the other companies should be ashamed of themselves for charging what I consider to be highway robbery. Not only was Drain King's charge very reasonable, the quality of the work and the customer service and professionalism exhibited by all staff members was exceptional. No need to call anyone else.
Steven and his team were the best. We had cast-iron pipes that were rusted/rotted out and non-functional. Steven and his colleagues came and fixed our home by digging tunnels and installing new PVC pipes. He was professional, timely, tidy, and responsible. I would highly recommend Drain King Plumbing to anyone.
They came out early. Addressed the problem. Explained every ting to me clearly. Got to work. They found the problem. Fixed it. Explained it clearly to me. I am so grateful for this company treating this situation with respect and honesty. Corey was excellent and Joey was very respectful. After having another company here that I had to stop this was such a pleasure. All the staff I spoke to were helpful, so nice & courteous. I highly recommend Drain King if you need a quick & reliable water pipe fix.
amazing company. the owner was easy to work with i sent him pictures of water heater that needed to be replaced, boom he gave me a great price.! every other company wanted to come to my house. casey the installer was great! did a great job and the room was cleaned. i am definitely going to use them again for all my plumbing needs!!!
